OLDIE FOR FRIDAY

Hi and welcome to all my craft loving friends,
and visitors.
I do hope you have all had a wonderful week.
Well it's Friday again so soon, and time to share an Oldie with ERIKA HERE.
This is just for fun, but a wonderful way to show
perhaps newer followers your older creations
posted at sometime before they joined.
Please try and join us as we would love to see
what you have created in the past.
So here is mine for this week.

This was a Scary Mary Keepsake Kit.
You get 3 kits to make up.
I just used items from my stash to embellish
it.
The lovely scolloped lace was part of my
mothers stash when she was alive, and it came
to me as I was the only one crafting when she
passed away 12 years ago.

Thank you for your visit, and the wonderful
comments you make.
Lots of crafty love.  JENNY.

ANOTHER ELLIE'S BIRTHDAY CARD

Hi and welcome to all my very talented friends,
and visitors.
Thank you for choosing to visit me, and the
wonderful comments you make.
I so very much appreciate everyone.

Well it's Ellie's 4th Birthday today, and also my
Grandson who lives in Wales.
So here is my card I made for my daughter to
give her.
As I was pushed for time I visited my fave site
The Pink Gem one for a downloaded card kit.
These are a bargain at £1-25 especially if you
need to make a card quickly.

This is a 8"x8" size card.
As I said this is a card kit from the Pink Gem
Website.
I just added the die cuts to the sentiments,
the antenna, and the Happy Birthday Ellie
inside.

Thank you again for your visit.
Lots of crafty love.  JENNY.

BUTTERFLY CHALLENGE 35 T IS FOR TALISMAN

Hi and welcome to my all my very talented
friends, and visitors.
Had a great  day baking with my grandchildren.
Hannah made chocolate butterfly cakes, and
Dylan made chocolate cake with yummy
frosting all over.
Was so tired when I got home though.
Hannah is great because she loves to wash the dishes afterwards, but there is a lot of cleaning
up afterwards, as they are not too careful when
first stirring in the powder parts of the ingredients.

After a well earned rest I realized I hadn't joined
the Butterfly Challenge this fortnight, and it is
due to expire later today, so I quickly threw this
one together.
Now the theme this fortnight is T for Talisman,
and I was finding this quite difficult to think
of a card in which to use one.

This is a 6"x6" size card.
The image of the Dream Catcher is a freebie off
the internet.
I added some black gems, and some coloured
ones to it.
I inked the edges or the card and the die cuts
with Peacock Feathers DI.
I used some of my snippets for the die cuts, and
the word dream, so I'm off to join the girls in
the playground with this.

Thank you for your visit, and time.
I very much appreciate it.
Lots of crafty love.  JENNY.

ELLIE'S BIRTHDAY CARD

Hi and welcome to all my very talented friends,
and visitors.
Thank you for your visit, and the wonderful
comments you make.
I very much appreciate them all.

I won't be around on Monday as I am looking
after my grandchildren, and we will be baking
again.
So I will try and catch up in the evening if I'm
not too tired.

It's my little Great Granddaughter's Birthday
on Wednesday, and I have been making 3 cards
one for me, one for my granddaughter, and one
for my daughter to give her.
So this is mine.

This is a 8"x8" size card.
The top paper is a download from Cuddly
Buddly.
The bottom strip of paper was a download,
but I can't remember where I got it.
I think it may be from a Craft Magazine free
download.
The image of the little girl eating ice cream is
a Pink Gem image which I won on one of their
challenges recently, and funnily it's called
Ellie eating ice cream.
I used stickles glitter glue to enhance the ice
cream, and the bunting.

Thank you again for your visit, and time.
Lots of crafty love JENNY.

RUDOLF CHALLENGE CARD JULY 2015

Hi and welcome to all my craft loving friends,
and visitors that may just visit.
I do hope your weekend is going well, and you are experiencing good weather.
In my part of Kent it's been raining most of the night, and I'm not sorry it was, as we don't seem to get much rain in this part of Kent, and my water butt was empty.
Also when it doesn't rain for a long time I have
to water my plants with a watering can, and that is not good for my back.

So as it's the 25th of the month it's time for the
Rudolf Challenge again.
This runs from the 25th of the month to the end
of the month on Scrappymo's blog HERE.
Please try and join us as it's a great way to get
some Christmas Creations made before all the
rush of that season.
So here is mine.

This is a 8"x8" size tent card.
I used the the Christmas Squeeze Cards
Christmas Cottage Delights CD for the image.
I decoupaged the letter box,and the Robin added
some glitter to the snow.
I cut out the edges with a Sue Wilson Die.
Now this was too long for the area so I cut it
down a little and re-glued the ends.

Thank you for you visit, and the wonderful comments you make.
Lots of crafty love.  JENNY.

Well it's Friday again, and time to share your

This is just for fun, but a super way to show
older creations that you have posted before.
It doesn't have to be a card it can be anything you
have created and posted before on your blog.
So here is mine for this week.

This is a 8"x8" size card.
The papers are from a Crafters Companion CD.
The flowers I made with the Heartfelt Creations
Majestic Blooms die.
The ivy was a Creative Expressions stamp
which I coloured in with water colour pencils, and cut out by hand.

90th BIRTHDAY CARD MADE WITH SNIPPETS.

Hi and welcome to all my very talented friends,
and visitors.
Thank you so much for your visit, and time.
I really appreciate that you enjoy what I have to
show.

I made this card for a neighbour  who had a
90th Birthday back last month, now he loves gardening so as I had some snippets left in my
snippets box after making a similar card a few
months ago, so I made this for him.
Will be joining the girls in the playground with this, because I have used snippets.

This is a 6"x6" size card.
Made with snippets that I printed out from the
Cupcake Crafting CD Tumble Ted.

Thank you again for your visit.
Lots of crafty love.  JENNY.

Thank you so much for your visit, and the wonderful comments you make.
I always appreciate your time visiting me, and

I had a visit from my Granddaughter, and her
partner with their new baby girl Laila.
She is such a little cutie.

This picture was taken not long after she was
born, and she weighed in at 6lb 8ozs.

Here is my card for today.

This is a 8"x8" size card.
I made for my step son.
He had been re decorating lately so I thought
this would be a good design for him.
The papers and the image are from the Cupcake
Crafting CD Tumble Ted.

Thank you again for your visit, and time.
Lots of crafty love.  JENNY.

Today I have a Birthday card I made for a dear
blog friend who had a Birthday last week.

This is a 8"x8" size card.
The lovely image of the Blue Tits is a
Hunkydory topper from one of their decoupage
books.
I decoupaged the two little birds in the front,
and the apple blossom too.
The blue card is cut out with a Sue Wilson
Austrian Die.

Thank you again for your visit.
Lots of crafty love.  JENNY.

OLDIE FOR FRIDAY

Hi and welcome to all my very talented friends,
and visitors.

Well I am a Great Grandparent again this morning
as my Granddaughter has had her baby girl.
Don't know anymore info at the moment.
So as it's Friday again and time to share your
Oldie with Erika HERE
I thought I would show an Oldie Baby Girl card,
and box I posted a few years ago.
So try and join in I know it's just for fun, but a
wonderful way to show something you have posted before, and it's nice to see something you
haven't seen for while.

This is a 8"x8" size card and box made to fit.
The image and the papers are from the Joanna
Sheen Baby Love CD which you can no longer
buy.

Thank you so much for your visit, and precious
time.

WEDDING CARD AND BOX

Hi and welcome to all my very talented friends,
and visitors.
So sorry I have been missing for a couple of days.
I have had lots of bits of house work to catch up
on, and a small amount of gardening,  to also
catch up on.

My eldest sister in Wales the one that had the op
suddenly also asked me to make her this wedding
card, and box for her Grandson.
So I have just finished it.
On the card are some hand made roses I made
with the help of a wonderful blog friend Pamellia's
UTube Tutorial which you will find HERE.
I didn't have the Tim Holtz flower die she used
so I used my Spellbinders Rose Creation Die,
and you only need one size petal cut 6 times for
the whole rose.

This is a 8"x8" size card and box I made to fit.
I also made the leaves I used on the flower spray
using a method John Lockwood showed on C&C.
I didn't see the program, but I heard some blog
friends talking about how he had done it, so I
had a go.
What I did was the paper I had wet, and
crumpled for the roses I rubbed DI in different
shades of green all over, and then cut out my
leaves from the same Rose Die.
I then added some Fired Brick DI to the top
edges.

Thank you so much for your visit, and the
wonderful comments you make.
It means a great deal to me, and I am so pleased
you like my work.
Lots of crafty love.  JENNY.

APRICOT ANNIVERSARY CARD

Hi and welcome to all my very talented friends,
and visitors.
I do hope the weather is being kind to you where
ever you may live this weekend.

Today I have an Apricot Anniversary card in a
style I saw Sue Wilson demo last week HERE
I am telling you it's Apricot as the photo has
 come out looking Orange.
Sue used a striplet die on hers, but I don't have
that so I used one of her embossing folders on
the debossed side as it looked like stitched lines.
Hope you like it.

This is a 8"x8" size card.
As I say it is a lovely shade of Apricot not
Orange as the photo shows.
I used the Sue Wilson embossing folder
Heart Lattice.
The Sue Wilson Vienna Die form the Austrian
Collection.
The Sue Wilson Fern Trio Die.
The Tattered Lace Daisy Die for the lacy flowers
as I thought it went with Vienna Die.

Thank you so much for your visit, and the
wonderful comments you make.
Lots of crafty love.  JENNY.

THOWBACK THURSDAY CHALLENGE NO 11 AND OLDIE FOR FRIDAY

Hi and welcome to to all my very talented friends,
and visitors that may just have found my blog.

Well it's Friday again, and I am going to combine
2 challenges today as they both call for an older
creation posted before on your blog.
The Throwback Thursday Challenge is a wonderful challenge run by Bibiana, and is a
monthly challenge so please try and support this
challenge as it's run by a wonderful, and very
talented lady who lives in California.
This month she would like to see shaped cards,
but it's not compulsory.
So HERE is my original post that I posted in
July 2013.

I would also like to join in the Oldie for Friday
with Erika HERE too.
Now this just for fun, but another delightful
way to show something you have posted before.

This is a shaped easel card.
The image is Vintage Mollie from the Pink Gem
Website, and it's coloured in with Promarkers,
and Flexmarkers.
I used Dusty Concorde DI to colour my card.
Sorry I can't tell you what die I used for the
shape as it never had a name on it.

Thank you much for your visit, and the lovely
comments you make.
Lots of crafty love.  JENNY.

I would like to join in the following challenges
with this.

GRANDDAUGHTER'S BIRTHDAY CARD

Hi and welcome to all my craft loving firends,
and any visitors who may just find my blog.
Thank you for your visit, and the wonderful comments that you make.
I am so pleased you take the time to make all
your wonderful comments.

Well July is a busy month for me as I have lots
of family Birthdays, and Anniversaries, and also
a very good blog friends Birthday too.
I am also expecting a new Great Grandchild,
and she is due on my other Great Granddaughter's
Birthday, and also my Grandson's Birthday.

So I decided to visit the Pink Gem Website again,
as the Granddaughter who has the Birthday is
also the one about to have the Baby.
So in that vein I thought this card would remind
her of the days when she could wear these shoes.

This is a 6"x6" size easel card.
The silver card is Dovecraft from the
suppermarket, and bargain at £1-99 for 10
cards and envelopes.
The card design is a digi download for the
Pink Gem Website, and a bargain also at
£1-25.
The backing gingham paper is also a digi
download from the Pin Gem Website too.
Now I made mistake, and should have put the
black backing card on the base of the easel too.
Did my usual tweaks on the butterflies.
The flowers and leaves are from a Cheery
Lynn Designs C184, and cut out of the
gingham,and spotty paper.

Thank you again for your visit.
Lots of crafty love.  JENNY.

ANNIVERSARY CARD

Hi and welcome to all my very talented friends,
and visitors.
I do hope you all have had a lovely weekend,
and the weather has been kind to you.

Today I have a card I made for my
Granddaughter, and her husband for next week.
I can show it as I know she doesn't look at my
blog.

This is a 8"x8" size card.
I made the flowers out of my Spellbinders
Rose Creations Die, and am quite pleased with
how they turned out, as I like to get more than
one flower from my flower dies.
I used the Cosmic Shimmer PVA glue dots in
silver round the edges, and I like how they
look blue to go with the card.

Thank you for your visit, and your precious
time.
Lots of crafty love.  JENNY.

HANDBAG CARD FOR BUTTERFLY CHALLENGE

Hi and welcome to all my very talented friends, and visitors.
I would like to welcome my newest follower,
and thank you so much for following me.
I do hope to see you as often as you can manage
to visit.

Today I have another wonderful downloaded
card from the Pink Gem Website.
Now it was my daughters Birthday on Wednesday,
and she loves her handbags.
So after seeing this on their website I just had to
buy it.

As I said this was a a download from the Pink
Gem Website, and all you have to do is print it
off and construct it.
I put a few little tweaks of mine such as the stamens for the butterflies antenna, and the gems
for the bodies.
I also printed the main body of the bag twice,
and photo glued them together so the inside was
as nice as the outside.
Then I used a Promarker round the edges to
colour the white part.

Thank you for your visit, and time.
Lots of crafty love.  JENNY.

OLDIE FOR FRIDAY

Hi and welcome to all my very talented friends,
and visitors.
I do hope you are enjoying this glorious weather,
but it's too hot for me I'm afraid.
I also hope the weather has improved for our
friends who live in Scotland, as I do know they
have been having not so nice weather  recently.

Well it's Friday again so soon, and where oh
where did this week go.
So it's time to join Erika HERE with your older
creation you have posted before.
It's all for fun, but a lovely way to show some
of your older projects that newer followers
might not have seen.
So please try and join us.

This is a 6"x6" size Baby Book card, and Box
made to fit.
I made 8 of these in total over a period for my
sister who wanted them for her Granddaughters.
She also sold one to a lady in her beading class, as she liked it so much.
By the time I finished the last one I was so fed
up with making them. lol.
The baby image, and papers are from the
Joanna Sheen Baby Love CD which you can
no longer buy.

Thank you for your visit, and the wonderful
comments you make.
Lots of crafty love  JENNY.

Hi and welcome to all my very talented friends,
and visitors.
Thank you so much for your visit, and the wonderful comments you make.
I am always so chuffed to read what you have
to say about my work.

Well I am nearly too late for this challenge as it
ends next Thursday, but I suddenly remembered
it today as it's Thursday.
Now Bibiana holds this wonderful challenge
every month, and this month she would like to
see your creations with a summery theme, but it
doesn't have to be, it could be anything you have
posted before.
So here is mine which was posted HERE in
July 2014.

This is 8"x8" size card.
The image is a Hunkydory one, and I used it
because it was my sisters anniversary, and they
had just bought a static caravan.

Thank you again for your visit, and time.
Lots of crafty love.  JENNY.
